Council Bio - Ed Kfoury


Edward co-founded the Rangeley Lakes Heritage Trust, and has served as its President since its inception. He is devoted to conservation, having served on the boards of The Nature Conservancy of Maine, The Forest Society of Maine, and is an Advisory Trustee of The Maine Audubon Society. In the past, Edward was involved with the Steering Committee that raised funds for the Pingree Forest Partnership. He is a recipient off the 1993 Alexander Calder Award and received the 2014 Rangeley Lakes Community Service Award. Edward owns several businesses in Rangeley and is a retired officer of IBM.
