NatureServe views training as an important component of expanding our conservation impact. As a distributed network, training member program staff and partners in our core standards and methods is particularly critical to our success.

In addition to the ongoing training offerings listed below, we recently hosted two important learning opportunities:

  • Core Methodology Training - A field-based introduction to the NatureServe Network's standards and practices was held April 5-7, 2014 in the New Orleans area.
  • Biodiversity Without Boundaries: The NatureServe Conservation Conference - BWB is where the NatureServe network, our partners, and our friends gather to celebrate our successes, collaborate on new initiatives, share our innovations, and design the future. 2014's BWB took place April 6 – April 10 in New Orleans, and was a huge success.
