 ARKANSAS - The Arkansas Natural Heritage Commission recently closed on a 678.4-acre addition at Falcon Bottoms Natural Area (NA,) located in three counties in the Coastal Plain: Columbia, Lafayette, and Nevada.

VIRGINIA Virginia Natural Heritage Program led Virginia Native Plant Society members on a six day field trip to Southwest Virginia, where they found more than 9 rare species.
