    Open your report in Word and format as follows:

    Font Courier New, 8
    Top margin 0.5
    Bottom margin 0.4
    Left margin 0.5
    Right margin 0.25

    The entire set of reports may be quite long, since each QC report will start on a new page. You might want to scan it for sections that are not necessary to print before printing the entire file.
