MABR_MISSING_MANAME

MA.MANAGED_AREA_NAME is a required attribute in Biotics 4. Any MABR record where MANAME is blank will be rejected during conversion.

QC Procedure:

In MABR:

1. SELECT MABR WITHOUT MANAME OR WITHOUT NATION OR WITHOUT STATE
2. SAVELIST MABR_MISSING_MANAME
3. GETLIST MABR_MISSING_MANAME
4. LIST MABR MANAME NATION STATE
5. Fix the data manually.
6. Re-run the QC until no records are found

Resolution:

You may need to enter a name, or delete the MABR record entirely. Before deleting an MABR record, press CTRL-F6 to see if there are EOR records that rely upon this record--sometimes they give you a clue as to what the name may be, or you may have to go and delete those records as well, or re-link them to the correct MABR.

The NATION and STATE QC are added here because the MA.NATION_ID and MA.D_STATE_ID attributes in Biotics 4 are not required columns. However, they may be required attributes on the Biotics Tracker front end.
