Kick-off call with NatureServe point of contact

Update to latest version of BCD2HDMS software on production BCD now (Note version # installed)

Review conversion error report results with NatureServe

Make corrections indicated by conversion error report to PRODUCTION BCD

Establish an installation date with your NatureServe point of contact

Get a signed installation services contract from NatureServe

Review your installation project plan schedule and make arrangements with staff required for on-site training and IT support during install week. Your NatureServe point of contact will send you a detailed installation project plan.

Update to latest version of BCD2HDMS software on production BCD now (Note version # installed)

Freeze all data entry in both Biotics 3.1 and BCD until after installation
