Technical Support
NatureServe offers technical support to assist you with your routine use of NatureServe Vista. We offer online services such as FAQs and will be offering a variety of guides for particular types of applications. In addition, we offer the only live technical support service for conservation software. You can obtain fixed annual contracts or pay on an hourly basis. .
Training
NatureServe offers a complete training program for Vista with a variety of options to suit your needs and budget. Our standard training program offers individually priced modules for all of the essential Vista functions provided as live, interactive web-based sessions. These allow you to follow the trainers instruction and then for the trainer to see your desktop to assist you as you practice functions in real time. Additionally we can offer on a limited basis custom onsite training for individuals or groups anywhere in the world which includes knowledge transfer and capacity training in conjunction with Consulting Services. .
Consulting Services
NatureServe can provide a full suite of professional services to assist you in your Vista and other projects. These services include:
- Data and GIS Services such as services to obtain and format data for use in Vista and may include more advanced remote sensing and species distribution modeling work.
- Ecological Services such as selecting which conservation elements (species and ecosystems) you should consider and developing required inputs for them. These services are often combined with data/GIS services in areas such as ecosystem mapping/crosswalking and species distribution modeling.
- Conservation Planning Services are an all encompassing consulting service that can range from simple upstream activities such as delivering ?getting started? workshops to full planning services that can include assembling multi-disciplinary teams to address nearly any land use planning and resource management project.
