Accomodations

Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. Please make your reservation prior to March 12. After March 12 we cannot guarantee availability or the discounted rate.

Rates for lodging and three meals are $164.40 for single occupancy or $140.40 for double occupancy per day (all taxes included). Hotel accomodations at the Granlibakken are only offered in an all-inclusive lodging and meals package.

Participants staying six nights – including field trip and conference participation and Intermediate Biotics training. The package includes the following:

6 nights lodging (Sun/Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri)
6 breakfasts (Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri/Sat)
6 lunches (Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri/Sat)
6 dinners (Sun/Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri)

Participants staying four nights – including field trip and conference participation – the package includes the following:

4 nights lodging (Sun/Mon/Tues/Wed)
4 breakfasts (Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs)
4 lunches (Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs)
4 dinners (Sun/Mon/Tues/Wed)

Participants staying three nights – including conference participation only – the package includes the following:

3 nights lodging (Mon/Tues/Wed)
3 breakfasts (Tues/Wed/Thurs)
3 lunches (Tues/Wed/Thurs)
3 dinners (Mon/Tues/Wed)

Participants staying two nights – including conference participation only – the package includes the following:

2 nights lodging
2 breakfasts
2 lunches
2 dinners

Participants staying only one night will receive:

1 breakfast (the day after arrival)
1 lunch (the day after arrival)
1 dinner (the day of arrival)

If you are coming for Biotics training ONLY your package will include:

3 nights lodging (Wed/Thurs/Fri)
3 breakfasts (Thurs/Fri/Sat)
3 lunches (Thurs/Fri/Sat)
3 dinners (Wed/Thurs/Fri)

For all other participants – if you plan to stay at Granlibakken Thursday night and you are not participating in the Biotics training course, regular bed and breakfast rates apply for nights other than Sunday through Wednesday. Please check with Granlibakken for more information on the bed and breakfast rates.

Transportation

Granlibakken provides transportation to and from Reno/Tahoe International Airport at a cost of $35 each way based on double occupancy. If you need to arrange for the shuttle, you must contact Granlibakken 7 days in advance and all reservations must be prepaid. Airport pickup service requires Granlibakken be notified of the airline, flight number and arrival time. If there is only single occupancy on the shuttle the cost is $70 each way.
