Kathryn Minczuk is a versatile Project Manager at NatureServe with an extensive background in biodiversity research and conservation. Kathryn manages a variety of biodiversity location data initiatives in partnership with the NatureServe Network, federal agencies, private organizations, and non-profits. Her primary responsibility is to facilitate collaboration among NatureServe scientists, data analysts, and software engineers, by providing technical and administrative support to mission-driven projects. Kathryn’s background in wildlife research and environmental policy allows her to contribute to a wide breadth of programs and projects throughout the conservation organization. Kathryn joined NatureServe in 2019 after working as an environmental scientist for five years with EA Engineering. She holds a B.S. in Wildlife Science from Virginia Tech and a M.S. in Biology from Towson University. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking with her dog, crafting, and biking.
