Dick has over forty years of experience designing, documenting, and implementing sales strategy at every company where he has consulted or owned. Each company experienced tremendous growth with a passive goal to have the youngest sales force in the country for each market, and the highest productivity per person in the country.
Recently, Dick has had projects where he will study every aspect of a company’s current sales structure including personnel; and then make written, detailed suggestions as to how to dramatically accelerate growth, and be more dominant in their field.
