For more than a decade, Clark has been a servant-leader focused on mission-driven work and purpose-driven organizations. He’s especially drawn to work that connects people to impact, and is passionate about NatureServe’s role in protecting biodiversity through trusted data and science.
He brings extensive experience across fundraising, donor relationships, project management, volunteer coordination, logistics, and leading philanthropy operations. At his core, Clark believes in partnership over transaction, building systems and relationships that lead to long-term, scalable growth.
Before joining NatureServe, Clark worked with several mission-driven organizations, including Habitat for Humanity, Soldiers’ Angels, and Mercy Ships. Across each, he focused on strengthening fundraising efforts, building meaningful donor connections, and helping organizations grow their impact. In his free time, Clark enjoys spending time with his wife and their menagerie of animals at home in San Antonio. He also enjoys reading, writing, exploring national parks, tackling physical and mental challenges, and gardening.
