Valeria Khristolyubova is a business development and partnerships professional with over ten years of experience connecting environmental data to real-world decision-making. In her current role, she focuses on growing adoption of NatureServe’s data tools and helping organizations put biodiversity data to practical use.
Her background includes experience in the private sector, international organizations, and environmental nonprofits. At CDP, she expanded corporate engagement and drove revenue growth across North America, working with S&P 500 and Fortune 500 companies. At the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, she built partnerships, mobilized funding, and translated forest and land-use data into actionable strategies for governments and private sector. Earlier at IKEA, she focused on supplier development, aligning business performance with environmental standards across global supply chains.
Valeria holds a Master of Arts in International Environmental Policy from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and traveling, and finds inspiration in nature through her painting.
